Shipping and Delivery Conditions


Shipping charges can be viewed at the time of ordering.


All your orders will be shipped the 1-3 day at the latest. After your payment, the actual time required for delivery depends on our processing time, the destination of delivery and local customs processing. Please contact us if you have any questions about the delivery.

Shipping information is given on the product page for products that cannot be shipped on the regular delivery time.

The purchase price does not include tariffs, shipping costs and all other similar costs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs including the original shipping and the return shipping (if any) for your items.

 

Customs and duties

  • All applicable customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of you.
  • You are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees, tariffs, taxes and duties charged by your country.
  • You are obliged to confirm whether the purchased products are permitted to be imported to your country under the relevant import laws and regulations.
  • Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Customs clearance

  • You will be responsible for customs clearance in all countries except Turkey. 
  • Upon 3 days after you are notified to complete the customs clearance for the products and you fail to do so, such products SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, INSPECTED AND ACCEPTED by you. Any failure of completing the customs clearance or collecting your products resulting in products returned or destroyed by the customs office SHALL NOT be deemed as your express or implied request for product return or refund under any agreement or applicable law. NO REFUND SHALL BE GRANTED IN THE FOREGOING SCENARIO.


Warranty and Return Conditions


Guarantee


All products you have purchased from 3Dream Teknoloji are under the manufacturer's warranty for 1 year. If there is any problem with the product you have purchased, you should apply to our company with your invoice to resolve the problem. The products covered by the warranty must not be damaged by the user.


Product Return Policy


You can return the products under the following conditions. Promotional and campaign products of the product you will return, given as a gift, must also be returned at the same time. When you want to make a return, please notify the "info@3dream.com.tr" e-mail address so that your transactions are not disrupted.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs including the original shipping and the return shipping (if any) for your items.
  • We will pay for the shipping costs for exchanging items. 
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that the shipping cost will vary from country to country, please view our check-out page for the exact cost.



The conditions within the scope of return are as follows;
- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, goods whose prices are determined in the stock exchange or other organized markets, goods prepared in line with the wishes of the consumer or clearly his personal needs, periodicals, goods that are perishable quickly or whose expiration date is likely to expire.

- The use of the right of withdrawal for packaged products is subject to the condition that the package of the product is unopened, intact and the product has not been used.

- It is not possible to return products that cannot be returned due to their nature, products that deteriorate quickly or that have a possibility to expire.

 

The process after sending the returned product is as follows;
- After your product is received by 3Dream Teknoloji, its packaging, accessories and invoice will be checked. If the invoice of the product you will return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice should be issued without including the cargo share.

- If the return process is approved, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 3 working days in line with your preference in the return application.

- If your return does not comply with the return conditions, the relevant product will be sent to your address by courier paid by the buyer. The status of your product will be informed by e-mail or on your mobile phone.



The process for the refund of the approved product is as follows;
- If the product/products you send are approved by 3Dream Teknoloji, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 3 working days.

- When the product price refund process is completed, an information message is sent to your registered e-mail or mobile phone.

- If the method of payment is "Credit Card" and your preference is "Refund"; Your payment will be made online immediately to your credit card.

- The reflection of your payment to your account may differ according to the processing times of the banks.

- If the payment method is “Money Transfer” and your preference is “Money Refund”; Your money will be refunded to the bankaccount you have notified.

- Your refund is automatically made to the credit card or bank account you used in your shopping, when your refund is approved.


Defective and Broken Product Notification Terms


- You can apply to us within 14 days of receiving the product for any malfunction/defective problems you experience with your product.

- After your product is received by 3Dream Teknoloji, its packaging and accessories are checked and sent to the Technical Support Unit for examination. Within 1 week from the receipt of the product by the Technical Support Unit, the product can be replaced with a new one, and the price can be paid, in line with the inspection report to be given by the Technical Support Unit.

- If the product, which is declared to be defective, is determined to be defective as stated by the customer as a result of the tests and examinations carried out by the technical team, the product is either replaced with a new one in line with the customer's preference or a refund is made in the amount of the product price. In this case, all cargo expenses are covered by our company.

- If the product declared to be defective is determined as a result of the tests and examinations carried out by the technical team, it is not defective as stated by the customer, the customer is informed about the operation of the product and the product is sent back to the customer. In this case, all shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- Since the products in the status of spare parts that we sell are not in a closed box, but in the form of an open circuit, they are very prone to error and therefore only the first working guarantee is given to the products.

- Tests and reviews by the technical team will take a maximum of 2 weeks.

- If the malfunction/defect caused by user error, "user error" (dropping, liquid contact, etc.) is detected in the products under warranty, no product exchange or refund is made. In such cases, all shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- If the user cannot be reached within 3 (three) working days to get information during fault detection, the device is put on standby for 30 days without continuing the technical work and no action is taken regarding the device.

- After the technical tests, the device should be received within 3 (three) business days after the device is declared ready or the current delivery address should be notified. Devices that are not received within 3 (three) business days or that are not notified of the current delivery address are placed on a 30-day standby status and no action is taken regarding the device.

- Our company is not responsible for the devices whose 30-day waiting period has expired and not received during this period.

- Our company cannot be held responsible for the lack of backups in your system for products with memory and data loss that may occur after the operations to be performed on the device.

- No pirated, copy or unlicensed software is installed on our service. Our service cannot be held responsible for such pre-installed software.

 

Damaged Product Notification Terms


- If the product you receive is 'damaged' or its packaging is 'deformed', a 'Cargo Damage Determination Report' is required. Otherwise, the 'damage notification' for your product will not be accepted.

- We strongly recommend that you check your product when you receive it and determine if there is any damage that you can notice in the product with the courier. If you make a determination at this stage, we kindly ask you to have the cargo officer prepare a "Damage Determination Report" and send the product back with the same cargo without receiving it.

- When the cargo informs 3Dream Teknoloji that the product is damaged; The return process of the product will be started and the "product price refund" will be made.


Missing Product/Accessory Notification Conditions


- First of all, check the products on the invoice and the products in the package. Partial delivery (the products in the same order are packaged separately) may also be delivered in your order. You can check the shipping dates and product status of your orders on the 'Order Tracking' page.

- If you received a missing product after your checks; We kindly request you to send a notification to the info@3dream.com.tr e-mail address as "There is a Missing Product in My Order". Necessary examinations will be made quickly by us and the missing product will be sent to you.

- If any part is missing from the product package you have purchased, you must apply to info@3dream.com.tr as 'Product Apparatus/Accessory Missing'.

- In line with your notification, the missing part is requested from the manufacturer and sent to your address within 15 working days with free shipping.

- The invoices we have prepared for your orders are sent to you in a transparent bag on the product packages, visibly. Therefore, we ask you to check the incoming package first. If you did not receive the original invoice for the product you purchased, it may have remained in your cargo branch. You can request your invoice to be sent to you by contacting your cargo branch. If you request your invoice from us, you will be sent a copy of the invoice stamped "as the original". In your invoice requests, you must send us your full address information to which you want your invoice to be sent.



Incorrect Product Notification Terms


- If the product that is written on your invoice instead of the product you ordered and the product that comes out of the box are not the same, you can apply to us within 14 days from the receipt of the product, for the problems you experience with your product. After your application, you can send your product back without paying any "shipping fee" with the 'cargo post code' given to you.

- After your product is received by 3Dream Teknoloji, its packaging and accessories are checked and processed for examination. After the inspection by the supplier company and logistics, the correct product is exchanged and the product is sent back to your address. If no fault is detected in the product in the examination made about the product, it can be returned by informing you.

- After sending an e-mail to info@3dream.com.tr by specifying the product you want to process as "Return and Return", send your product to us.
