- The print size of 225*225*280mm can meet the needs of most users. With the STM32 motherboard, all axes of the ELEGOO Neptune 3 Pro are driven by silent stepping motors for quieter and more precise movement during printing, reducing noise down to 47-48dB. - Dual Gear Direct Extruder The new dual gear direct drive extruder is made of SUS303 high quality stainless steel with 3:1 shrink ratio and stronger extrusion force for smoother filament feeding and more stable and accurate printing. Compatible with multiple filaments such as PLA, TPU, PETG and ABS.
- Spray Tip Kit for Better Printing Effect The spray tip kit includes a TC4 titanium alloy throat tube, an aluminum alloy flat heat sink structure and a brass nozzle. The enlarged aluminum heat sink paired with the efficient cooling fan that sits at the front for a better heat dissipation effect and to lower the temperature of the throat tube, thus reducing the possibility of clogging the nozzle. Fans on both sides of the printhead provide all-round and fast cooling of the printed layers to improve model details and protruding printing effect.
- Smarter Printing Experience Automatic webbed leveling uses a non-contact high-precision sensor to automatically scan 36 (6x6) points of the hotbed and collect data in real time, and then adjust the Z-axis height to compensate for any irregularities. (Applicable to metal printing platforms only) Intelligent fan control: After printing, all fans will automatically stop running below 50°C to extend fan life, reduce noise and save power. Smart print resume: The printer automatically pauses when the filament runs out or breaks, and you can resume printing after a power failure.
- More Stable Printing Dual synchronized lead screw and dual motor-driven Z-axis for more reliable printing accuracy, avoiding printing deviation driven by a single Z-axis ball screw motor. 4-wheel V-guide rail pulley is made of POM with more stable movement, low noise, wear resistance and longer service life.
- Ease of Use PEI magnetic platform with special coating and spring steel plate for good adhesion and anti-twisting, so that the prints can be easily released or the printing steel plate can be twisted and ejected. The 4.3-inch removable capacitive touchscreen can be operated hand-held or fixed to the base. It has built-in printing model preview function to preview the model image before printing and observe the printing progress. The 250 W high-power bed can quickly heat up to 100ºC and start printing. The integrated LED light bar on the gantry can be operated by pressing buttons on the screen to conveniently observe model printing in poor light environment.
